    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ShopyReal. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the terms outlined below.

    1. Eligibility for Return

          To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable).
    • Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of items are exempt from being returned:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable digital products
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Custom or personalized items

    3. Return Process

    To initiate a return:

      • Please contact our customer service team at hy2009meng@163.com.
      • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
      • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back the item(s). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior authorization.
      • You are responsible for securely packing the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.

    4. Return Shipping

      • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
      • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
      • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us) may be deducted from your refund.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    5. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us .

    6. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and follow the return process outlined above.
    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    7. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos or videos of the damage/defect and your order number.
    • We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a return, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you, as applicable.
